Remedy - Columbia

I had so many concerns and questions before shopping at Remedy. I was very happy with the professional staff, particularly A-Rod. He was very helpful and answered my many questions. He has great customer service and and I will ask for his help in the future. Highly recommended him for anyone that would like to go to school on Cannabis.

Made my first dispensary trip super easy. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the girl that helped me pick my items was fantastic and full of information. First/only place I’ve been, but the selection was actually overwhelming at first glance because they have so much stuff.

This location is very convenient for me. It took a number of visits before I became comfortable. Modern enough, clean. Some of their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Not very customer service oriented. Staff does not interact with you much unless you are assigned to them. They do the 22% Military discount Amen! This is why I go back! I have a few staff who are good to me there.

I have been here several times and it is an excellent choice for your medication needs. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's less that 15 minutes from my house and easy to find. Rachael was a great to work with during my last visit :-)

Where do I begin... For starters the entire Remedy staff exhibited and still exhibits what true customer service is. My first experience at remedy was very personable and now am greeted on a first name basis. One of the staff members, I believe his name is Andrew not only took the time to teach me why various strains are different but helped me find what was appropriate for me. One thing that stood out the most was when Andrew and another Remedy staff member saw me alone at a Civil march for African American awareness at the Columbian Mall, pulled me aside and said join us. It was then that I knew what family was even if I was not part of the Remedy store. I continue to look forward to seeing the entire Remedy staff especially in times like these where nothing is certain. But, one thing that I know will always be certain is that when I go to Remedy I feel; recognized and appreciated. You guys rock and in my opinion are just as much hero's as are first responders. I called about a price that I saw in one of their advertisements and I was told that they would honor the price until certain strain sold out. I ordered and once arrived (40+ miles) was told something totally different. In this case I would’ve given no stars but it made you give one to leave your review. I recently moved so I guess it’s time for me to look at the dispensaries in my area, customer service is everything!

Budtender tonight recommended Grape Lime Ricky for pain and insomnia ! I have multiple problems w back ,sciatica ,RA several more and grape lime Ricky is absolutely amazing for pain!!

Staff were very helpful. Best part is their 24 hr pick up policy instead of COB the day of the order.

I have been coming to Remedy since they have opened and they constantly have the best deals and service! Even with the coronavirus pandemic they time and time again are able to get me in and out quickly with the curbside delivery. Shoutout to A-Rod from the Curbside team for always being personable, efficient, and knowledgeable on all things medicine.

Always have a good experience visiting Remedy. They have the best set up for the pickup process out of all other dispensaries that I have been to, and the employees go out of their way to help you in any way possible. This time I even got some great advice about how to become an employee in the industry. I have been in a love affair with Remedy for some time now. Let me tell you why: (in no particular order) 1. convenience: located perfectly in the middle of my suburban kingdom. Dobbin Road 2. deals: I am serious when I say that Remedy has the best deals. I brag to my friends all the time and they too have become Remedy customers. 3. the staff: Remedy has the best staff. Everyone is pretty friendly at dispensaries I have found but Remedy just has a little something extra. 4. selection: in addition to their exclusive deluxe Cookie wall, they have the finest mmj products in all the land. So you get the point. Honorable mention: when the storefront is open (thanks COVID) the music is always perfect.

This place has been my go to since I got my medical card a year and a few months ago. Great pricing and friendly staff, my last visit your employee Dennis was super helpful & even recognized the music I was enjoying & complimented me for playing it. When your employees know who Larry June is, that comforts me knowing they have equally great taste in music & bud. Little things like that go a long way on top of having impeccable customer service.
