I received the incorrect flavor when ordering online and picking up at window.

Black Friday Experience: I want to let management know my experience with Jacob W. at 9:20 am yesterday morning. I picked up my pre-order at the window as usual. After Jocob passed my order out to me. I asked if I had to spend a certain amount to get the free 1/8 because he hadn't offered it to me. I had heard the bud tender offer it to the customer next to me, so I was wondering. He said "oh, yes I was going to get that after I gave you your order" of course no big deal. After I tipped him I got back to my car and noticed that he only gave me back $5.54, but should have given me $15.54. I went back to the window and he asked "is something wrong" I told him he didn't give me the correct change and he handed it right to me like he had it out. My question is. Was he going to let me know? He could have had the next customer stop me. Does he "accidentally" do that to other customers who may just leave and not notice? I think this should be brought to management's attention. As a customer who shops at Sticky Saguaro often, I would like to not feel like I have to double check that I'm not being ripped off by the cashier/bud tender. I hope that both of his "I forgot" that happened was truly an honest mistake and not a dishonest employee. Respectfully, Mona Watts - Receipts #7361-8468-0159-9211

Sticky saguaro always has been consistent. They have a great selection, bud tenders, I really like it here I drive 45 min to come here every now and then because it's worth it.

I am done with Sticky Saguaro. They don't stand behind the quality of their product. I have been purchasing my vape products and gummies from Sticky Saguaro for a couple of years without incident. My go too gummy has been Ogeez, and in addition to the product I typically purchase, I added a two bags of a different Ogeez gummy product to my order. After receiving my order, I drove directly home (10 minute drive) and took the order into my home. The following day when I opened the first package of the different product, I found it to be melted into a big blob. I opened the second bag, and found the same problem. I opened several of the packages of the other gummies (the ones I normally purchase) and the were in tact without any melting. I returned to Sticky Saguaro yesterday to ask about returning the melted product. The clerk just blew me off, suggesting that I left the product in my car to melt. Nonsense. The melted gummies where in the same order as other product in the same order that was not melted. There are too many dispensary options out there to put up with service like this. No more Sticky Saguaro for me.

In and out quickly with exactly what I needed

Always a great shopping experience and always a great bud tender. However, that Colorado Concentrate was excellent. Yet, mostly wasted. Stuck to the plastic even after freezing it. I only got .5 worth of product. Venom Colorado. So disappointed in the product not the overall experience.

Ordered online, received text messages notifying me the order was received, being filled, ready for pick up. Drove in parked right up front, walked up to the outdoor pick up windows, was greeted by a friendly employee, my medical card was scanned, he grabbed my order, I paid and was back in my car within 5 minutes max. I love the pick up windows outside!!! It streamlines the whole purchase experience. Even though I live 19 miles away I still use Sticky Saguaro. I just time my purchases for when I’m in Chandler for appointments or running errands . Keep up the great work !!!
