Today there was a lil issue wuth my preorder missing items but it was corrected as soon as i noticed and came back .
The staff is always helpful , kind and knowledgeable...

The system was down so I left and came back and there was still a bit of a line outside for express orders. When I went to stand outside in line I waited my turn patiently when the person who greets people and tells them where to go came to see if people at the front of the line wanted to go inside. Because they said no I should have been offered to go inside next but instead she took someone from way back of the line when I had been there waiting a lot longer. That’s really unfair to me and all the other people he cut ahead of.
Sticky is always ready when they say the order will be ready. When you talk to any of the budtenders, they’re knowledgeable and not condescending. I appreciate their weekly deals, so you can plan ahead
Was disappointed in one of my purchases, but taking that up with Highsman, nothing Sticky Saguaro did
The folks at the Sticky Saguaro are very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I would change is they use Leafly and because of that, when I sign in, it does not hold my medical card information! As an example, I also go to Ponderosa in Florence, never have to type my info in, it automatically fills in the card info.
Black Friday Experience:
I want to let management know my experience with Jacob W. at 9:20 am yesterday morning. I picked up my pre-order at the window as usual. After Jocob passed my order out to me. I asked if I had to spend a certain amount to get the free 1/8 because he hadn't offered it to me. I had heard the bud tender offer it to the customer next to me, so I was wondering. He said "oh, yes I was going to get that after I gave you your order" of course no big deal. After I tipped him I got back to my car and noticed that he only gave me back $5.54, but should have given me $15.54. I went back to the window and he asked "is something wrong" I told him he didn't give me the correct change and he handed it right to me like he had it out. My question is. Was he going to let me know? He could have had the next customer stop me. Does he "accidentally" do that to other customers who may just leave and not notice?
I think this should be brought to management's attention. As a customer who shops at Sticky Saguaro often, I would like to not feel like I have to double check that I'm not being ripped off by the cashier/bud tender. I hope that both of his "I forgot" that happened was truly an honest mistake and not a dishonest employee.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Bystanders are polite and ready to serve its customers. The door greeters have always been very nice and welcoming.
The service is wonderful and every person I have asked for information has been very helpful. I also love that daily deals are posted weekly. It is the only dispensary I will recommend.
