Curaleaf - Youngtown

What are you guys doing? Now we have to figure out how much tax is? Why did you change that. This place has really fallen off. Used to be my go to, but the rewards program is terrible, the $60 quarter specials seem to be gone. I haven't been for a while so I checked today thinking I'd maybe g stop back by but it's even worse now. You guys should read other dispensary specials and rewards and take some advice. This shop could be the best.

I would recommend ANY of the MANY curaleaf centers throughout the valley! They are all amazing! Their staff, bud, and deals are awesome!!

Worst Curaleaf in the Phoenix valley. Bad service. Horrible information. Never going to stop here again. I never been to this location and the reception tried to say I been there and that I could not use my first time deal. Can’t believe they treat there patients this way. I walked out right away. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Friendly staff and quick service. A price/quality tier for every patient is a great concept. I cook with my medicine so the $90 zips are great for that. My only suggestion is let's get the security guard outside an outdoor AC unit. It's way too hot out there for any person.

I was in there the other day , been going every week since I found them. I could honestly right an emotional review just on how wonderful the staff is. I've been to about a dozen or so other shops, however this is the first place I feel compelled to acknowledge for truly just being full of goodness from the entering the door, the score, and so much more!. They've got great meds, prices; and the staff is even greater. The other day after helping me out with an item, I jokingly said to Chris something along the lines of " its your place, you can do whatever you want; he looked at me and said " No, this place belongs to you, the patients". The coolest part is I could tell he meant it, he actually lifted my spirits on a day that I certainly needed it. The whole staff is awesome. just had to say thanks again to Chris.

If I could give them 0 stars in all 3 categories I would. I went to purchase 2 g of haze concentrate one seemed dried out and old almost out dated. And after speaking with the passive aggressive manager they pretty much told me that they sell things as is and they CAN NOT give a refund or exchange. I’ve been a long time customer and will not be returning.

been shopping here for years swell meds are very good but not a fan of the out sourced flower and small waiting area but besides id come back

Love this place, the guys there are always awesome and helpful and always remember a face it seems. And the meds are never disappointing. Hopfully I can try one of their prerolls soon, I always come in when they just sold out!

haven't been here in awhile they recommend the fire cocentrates. Super fire indeed blueberry and candy land is what I got last time. candy land was heavy loved it blueberry had that amazing taste with a medium not to heavy high good for afternoon use.

Had a very helpful budtender but did have an issue with my receipt. Swell stepped up and made sure I was happy by contacting me immediately when I brought it to their attention. The manager definitely wants to make sure his customers are happy. Before his call I was determined to never return but after speaking with him, I will shop here again.

I just got back from Co and this is the only place in town that has the same flower strains that Co has. I find it nice when you can find the same strains and there just as good here as they were there. great flowers and service I am heading back there today.

I've been there so many times since I got my card they are the nicest, most helpful people I've met and their prerolls are the best

to be honest with you I was short a dollar something on my shatter and the guy Caesar just pulled a dollar out of his pocket told me it was okay so thank you Caesar

I love curaleaf youngtown I had a thin mint cookies and it was out of this world also their staff are fast friendly and to the point for your medical needs next time try curaleaf youngtown you won't be disappointed

The people make this place amazing!

Disappointed in the mislabeling of product content. An edible containing 150mg of MMJ is marked as 1.5 grams towards allotment, which they won't attempt to correct or modify. Buyer beware as your allotment will disappear due to incorrect dosing. This is regarding Top Shelf peppermint patties, which is an excellent product, but until the issue is fixed I don't recommend buying them based on the overcharge towards your allotment.

Charging tax now and their online site doesn't account for it, was told I was wrong even after showing the manager the online receipt. Fix your online order system before demanding more money. If u bought something online say at Walmart or Best buy and they demanded more money when you went to pick it up you would be pissed, these guys keep screwing up I have given them several chances being a loyal customer since they opened but they are horrible at customer service

First time patient and I have to say that the experience was a great one. The staff at Swell made this experience a good one. A free new patient gram, a free gram for the long wait, and a $30 1/8 of a super relaxing flower. Yesterday was the first time in a long time that I actually had a quality nights sleep, which is rare.
