Very pleased with terp valley farm first time using them and had to call twice they are very friendly and knowledgeable thanks for that. The delivery person was so personable and knowledgeable on products. Will do more shopping soon. Highly recommend
Terp Valley is amazing! I got my order delivered, the guy delivering was super nice! Included an extra due to wait time and being my first delivery through there. I had a medium sized order around $160ish and the quality of everything was amazing! Some of the best bud I’ve had! And the carts were also amazing! 10/10 would recommend and have to EVERYONE that will listen. They know their product, take pride in it, offer delivery and they really set the bar high (no pun intended 😏) when it comes to customer service. I use to be a reviewer for a prominent online media company, so I’ve dealt with a lot of companies and have had a lot of interactions… I wish every experience with a company was as amazing and smooth as this one!
The owner is so awesome!! Customer service is top tier. I wanted 2 grams of diamonds that they had but they only had one in stock. This awesome dude recommended another strain as a substitute and he did an amazing job because it’s better than what I originally wanted. I will 100% be coming here again and I will recommend to all my medical friends. Side note…. His dog is adorable!!!
My order was delivered promptly from when I placed the order. The driver was super friendly and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the 3 eights of flower I bought. As a patient that doesn’t drive I’m so grateful to have Terp Valley close by and able to deliver right to my door.
