Cannabis makes concerts, museums and pretty much everything, more fun. We want to enhance your perception of the arts, while you’re spending time in one of our Artist Tree locations and in nearby galleries, performance venues and beyond. By partnering with local artists, our retail stores and lounges will showcase revolving exhibits. We also offer same day discounts to all customers who show proof of attending a local performance, art gallery or museum.

The Artist Tree was founded by Lauren Fontein, Avi Kahan, Mitchell Kahan and Aviv Halimi.

With more than 13 years of experience in the California cannabis industry, The Artist Tree team is passionate about changing how people experience cannabis.

Our mission is to provide safe access to legal cannabis, raise awareness of the health benefits of cannabis, showcase artists from the community and break stereotypes surrounding cannabis sales and consumption.

Sustainable practices
Being green is our thing. No really. We strive to recycle or compost all our waste.

One of the ways we’re reducing landfill waste is by working with Encore Recycling.

With our new program, we’re helping transform the plastic used in growing cannabis into packaging for cannabis goods.

When Connected built our first grow room back in 2010, we had 5,000 square feet and 36 lights, of which half were dedicated to developing new genetics. These buds were not for sale, just for research. In defiance of the all-too-common impulse to squeeze every last penny out of the plant, we focused on the pheno-hunt. 

Since those days, our operations have grown, but our mission remains the same. Like you, we’re in pursuit of the perfect strain for every mood, every moment, every milestone. We’re always iterating, always experimenting, always discovering new ways to grow the best weed.

Connected Cannabis Co.

The cannabis strain is named because of its terpene profile that gives it a scent similar to tropical flavor candy. It's fruity, tropical aroma intensifies and may make your mouth water. Its delicious genetic parents scent and flavor helped it win first place at the 2016 Emerald cup as well as first place for indicas at the 2015 Cannabis Cup in San Francisco and Michigain. Tropical Zittles produces buds portraying a spectrum of bright greens and slight purple hues, along with a layer of trichomes that give it a shiny appearance not unlike coated candy.
