It's pretty good for Tucson

first time visited and service was amazing and had a enjoyable time. Also tlked me into a better deal and better quality,will be back for sure!

My only problem is the parking lot situation. Park in the back and walk to the front. not very discreet... Otherwise this is the best dispensary in Tucson. Knowledgeable friendly budtenders, great quality, and comfortable inside.

I consider "the Downtown" my go-to shop when I'm chillin' in Tucson. Their menu says it all!..buy Arizonas staple, the best Blue Dream (an ol' fav at my home) in the city. Great Edible selection and always new Vapes... ALL the Kind Budtenders know their stuff and the hip professional staff is competent. Located in a cool vintage building with good parking & Close to UofA Campus, 4th Ave Shopping and the Downtown Art District. Long hours and on-line ordering are a ++!! Now that the parking is better, this is absolutely my favorite Tucson dispensary. They have great proprietary products and have always been #1 in patient education. They also have the widest range of product from other vendors, so lots of choice beyond their own brands, too. But with the lobby taken over by rec sales, it's harder for me to go in because noise and autism. The staff is so patient and kind! They've also continued curbside pickup for medical, so that's great, too. Downtown is #1!

Awesome budtenders HAYDEN and DARIAN -- and making it look good with stylish haircuts!! My first time, and I brought a friend.... What a great and knowledgeable staff !! This Wildcat "cannasuer" -- from SoCal, to the Bay Area and back down -- knows her greenery!! Well, so do both of these fine men. Watching over inside was Ken and a beautiful blonde girl... As well as two proud Braves manning the door. Nice!! Also Brennan as an edibles rep was pleasant in the lobby .... SUPER AWESOME!!! Thanks and Love you all... FANTASTIC SHOP !!!

My order for TWO cartridges took 10 hours to be confirmed and filled, and then half the order was cancelled, with no explanation. It's nice that they have 2 whole chairs in the lobby, but there are usually more people waiting than that. More seating would be appreciated by those of us who are medical patients who experience severe chronic pain, or are elderly, or are both in many cases..... and, you know, not just throwing out people's orders after making them wait all day with no explanation would be courteous as well.

I love the flower and their great customer service definitely a place I would visit again and again.

Michelle was very helpful and knowledgable. She suggested 2 strains for my pain issues and they both worked well. I will defiantly go back.

Love the people & the place but why go here when you can get the same stuff for $35 1/8. I just looked and now they're charging $60 for some. Greed is a sad thing. It's taken over this awesome place!
