This store is TOP NOTCH. The budtenders always cheer me up and help me pick out something new to try that I'm satisfied with every time so far. They are CONSTANTLY improving the shop and the product lines they provide us. I can't believe we have a store this great with prices so low in our small town. I'll never try another store. Thank you!

Friendly Staff and a Decent Selection of THC and CBD. This shop is where I found Dancehall, which is an excellent high CBD low THC strain that works amazingly for chronic pain/arthritis. (Check out the reviews). A casual atmosphere (with very cute budtenders) makes this place a great option for your herb needs.

How great can one sweet little store be? I think we've found our answer. There's so much packed into their showroom is hard to pick a favorite right now or ever. They got KILLER indica strains I've been using a lot at night. I also really like the new breath mints and candies they got in this week. I can sneak them anywhere.

The budtenders here are so knowledgeable. The girl told me they try most of the products that come in which really helped when I needed help picking out something to smoke tonight. I gave a specific request for what I was looking for and the girls found me a great deal. I left with a full bag (4 different things, 5 total grams!) and only spent $30! They also helped me with edibles and they had a huge selection of edibles. These girls are amazing!

I mean the big sign out front makes it so easy to find. I live right down the street from the only other dispensary in town and there is no comparison. If you are a seasoned stoner, you want nice big beautiful pieces of flower. Not pieces so small you can tell they are trying to squeeze every last penny out of the crop. I used to like having a menu, but now I prefer this WAY better! Being able to stroll around and view everything, is definitely fit to my preference. Thank you Green Shelf, thank you for making me feel like I am with "my people" every time I am in.

I think that the green shelf offers quality products at reasonable prices. Employees are always willing to offer their honest opinion and suggest products the customer may like.

This is by far the best legal weed store I have ever been to! They have an insane amount of flower that is 2g for $15!! Can it get any better? The store is so big compared to the store I was previously going to. The girls working, specifically the two girls with glasses that were working on Sunday evening, are so knowledgeable on every item in the store! This is my new favorite place and most regular place to buy from!

This place just keeps getting better! I got back from break and there are so many new things since I was there last. Stepping the game up again. Great job ladies!

This is a great shop from any way I see it. They get as many things as possible on their shelves for $5. Constant new products from great growers are in the display cases every time I go in it seems like. I love getting such great deals on big names like Omega, Zoots, Artizen, SPP, and Canna Organix because when I find that stuff on the shelves on the westside is always way more. Keep up the great work ladies, I'll be back as often as possible!

Typically the oil I pick up from The Green Shelf is decent and worth the purchase, but today's buy wasn't so excellent. I appreciate the cashier helping me to find/buy a $30 oil BUT the oil she sold me was not quality. It's a .5 gram of "Cherry Pie" from Kush Valley. This oil crackled (not good) and had a horrid taste. I am honestly too put off to try another dab of this product. I hope The Green Shelf instills some sort of quality assurance testing of their product so this doesn't happen to another customer.

Such great prices for great brands that you'd find anywhere else in the state for more money. i love the new tinctures they got in this morning for only $25!!!!! for 100mg :-)

This shop is one of the better ones I've visited as far as variety and selection of growers and knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness of the ladies that work there. I had an awesome budtender today named Shaima that helped me pick something specific to my mood and what I wanted to do... she hit it spot on with some amazing Blue Roots Cannabis top shelf at only $15 in glass jars! Anyone near needs to look for the sign on the Main Street that says LEGAL WEED!

This place has such a friendly warm and knowledgeable staff it's unreal. I make this my stop every time I go through Ellensburg! They know their stock and can recommend something to fit any budget and activity 😊☺😃

I went in to get a cartridge, there were some on sale so I bought 2. Was told to keep receipt if anything went wrong with the cartridges. We instantly have problems drawing out of the cartridges and one of the mouth pieces was loose so they get brought back. We have the receipt but we don’t have the packaging for the one of them so they won’t accept it. The green shelf was the only store in town that sold this brand of cartridges because of poor quality and the budtender mentioned that the cartridges would only smoke well out of the store battery. I was never informed of this. She then offers to sell us the battery they sell and having no issue with the battery before, we refused to buy the battery. We were told to come back to talk to the owner manager. This budtender was very nice and I have no issue with her. Coming to the store to see the manager, I was a little irritated but I told the story to the owner, Brittany, and she acted in a very hostile manner, acting like I was personally accusing her of doing something wrong. She informs me that the battery that we were using probably shorted the cartridge out and tells me about a policy where bud tender should have told me about the cartridge battery requirement. I was never told about this, just about the receipt. She then tells me she will look at the camera and find the time stamp that I was in the store to make sure that I was not told about the voltage and would chew out that bud tender. I’m not sure how she can confirm that because recording audio in stores is illegal in Washington state. I respond by saying that i was sold a product that I can not use. She dismisses it, mentioning that we were able to get a small amount out of the product and tells me “please get this product out of my store.” I then ask her name and I tell her I will be placing reviews on various websites. She says if my attitude was different she might have worked with me. She then tells as I was walking out the door, “why don’t you call the manufacturer, do you want their number?” I say “sure” and then she responds “then google it.” Brittany, the business owner, is the epitome of unprofessional and I’m seriously doubting that I will do ever go back. I now understand why she has the reputation that she has.

I am pleased to have the Green Shelf in my hometown. They have a friendly staff, top shelf products (Artizen, SPP) and affordable prices. I think they could benefit from a menu on Leafly, more product including some top-shelf local growers like Natural Mystic or Copelands Can., and replacing the "legal weed" sign with a green shelf one. Other than that they are a great store and I look forward to watching them grow.
