my first visit to this dispensary was a couple weeks back, very impressed with the staff and customer service, they are very friendly and take the time to answer your questions. The girl who helped me out was sonja she was very knowledgable on the different strains and recommended a heavy indica strain for my insomnia, haven't slept better in years i will def be coming back in the near future!

This place is price gouging, they normally charge $49 for for the swag they are currently selling for $75 a half online. Super disappointed

Since the new way of not bein able to see your medicine before you buy it, the last 2 ounces I bought were trash and all stems and usually get much better meds herr. Wasnt happy

they checked me in to a text messaging queue system which is supposed to tell you when it is your turn to enter the lobby. I waited 40 minutes. when I asked whether I would be called soon, they told me that they had called my name 30 minutes earlier instead of sending me a text. this is not the first time that this dispensary has wasted so much of my time. they never apologize or try to make the experience positive when they find out about their mistake. they will certainly waste your time and leave you unhappy as well. I really hope I can start giving them positive reviews again soon, but they have become so lacking when it comes to customer experience. even before COVID-19.

This is my go to dispensary,its close to my home and the atmosphere is always friendly. My favorite thing about the hollistic center(ill always call it that still lol) is how quick the wait time is no matter what day or time they’re very efficient. Definitely going to keep coming daily 🙌🏻💕
