I have been at this location two times now. Both times, Dauna was my bud-tender. She is a charismatic woman who takes her job seriously, and also shows she wants you coming back. She was pleasant to talk to and I will be coming back often.

The Mint has been one of my Top 3 favorite dispensaries in the entire Valley for years now! They alwaus go above and beyond to make sure they help their customers get what they want, or find a substitution which will work just as well! Always ones to welcome you with into a warm atmosphere makes going to this dispensary more of a treasured experience rather than a necessity.

Great dispensary with an even greater group of people working there! Donna was beyond helpful and such a sweet person. She really cares about helping the patients and that’s shown through how she does her job! The Mint is now my go-to

I realy loath going here,staff is rude, unknowledgeable on the product,its loud,the whole line thing is ridiculous,why not call ne back when your ready rather than stand there for 5-10 mins and you basicaly have to flag down a bud tender when there done to help you like your getting a beer at the bar. Ive been here 5 times, i was never offered the first-time patient deals and they wont give them to me even tho i never cashed in on them 10/10 id rather go to Bloom or Encanto Green cross.

The following is my first time experience with this dispensary: I go in on a Friday 7-5-2019 with my sale all planned out..in fact I actually placed 2 pre orders ahead of time (1 on accident)..with tax and all it should have been about 140 plus the buy one get ones as the special said as well as the free weed Friday over 125 deal. for some reason my total came to 188 instead of 140 as I planned the budtender went over the order twice and said it was correct so I took 2 items off and my total was still a bit high and I assumed maybe my math was off..so I get home and look everything over and he charged me 36 for BOGO sale item that I did not get nor did I get the free one..so I called the shop and spoke with them and after research the issue they found the issue to be valid and they said I can have a refund as well as a free product of the same time and a pre roll...but then today I get around to opening one of the products which is a PURAEARTH vape cartridge that was tape sealed and the thing is HALF EMPTY! I paid for a HALF EMPTY PRODUCT? not the best first impression.

If only I could give 0 stars It’s been been since June 2nd and you still haven’t gave me my free pipe for first time patient ! I’ve been there multiple times and still nothing I have called and no one had called me back So I waste gas going from Santan to Mesa for no reason !!!!!!! VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER I will like the manager to contact me

I've been to this location a few times and each time I've had completely different experiences. The bud tenders are nice and they try to give me what they can. I blame management for not making sure they have enough Indica stock on hand. It's medical marijuana for a reason managers and if you don't have enough stock then people will shop elsewhere. Please stock more Indica syringes and flower. And there has to be a better way to update the website because each time I go they never have what's listed that day. It's important to have what individuals need and not just a whole bunch of Hybrid. I wish this review had an IN Stock star because it would be 0 for every visit.

Usually you won't catch me expressing my thoughts in this fashion but this time walking into The Mint Dispensaries (in Mesa) I was compelled to share my thoughts and opinion. The staff basically made me feel like a real fool today. I won't get into detail but I was disappointed in my cannabis community today. That's all though. this the first and last you will hear from me for sure famlayz

First time stopping into this location, it was a pleasant experience. Much smaller than the Tempe/Guadalupe location, but just as nice on the inside. Staff was polite and patient, they knew I was just in there to check the place out and pick up a gram, and weren’t too pushy trying to get me to consider more. They did, of course, suggest the top grade flower, which is expected and not a negative at all. It was dank, treat yourself to top grade every now and then, if you’re reading this. Overall, had a nice time stopping in, will do so again sooner than later.

Best dispensary in Mesa and has good bud

The Mint is great, super friendly staff who are both helpful and knowledgeable. They always have a great selection and even though they are always busy, they are quick and I never feel like I have to wait forever but I also dont feel rushed when I'm up.

I am very disappointed with my visit. First tried to call all day and into the evening to ask questions about waxy Thursday and all I got was a busy signal all day long so I I went to check it out. Of coarse all the ones I wanted were not there ones in the deal, disappointed but life goes on. She tells me about Hopes Cookies and that it is all Indica. It is packaged in a Indica marked package. Take it home and it seems at best a 50/50. Today I look on your site and you have Hopes Cookies at a Sativa hybrid. I purchased 2 grams of what I knew to be Sativa teethe other 4 are something I would not have purchased if I knew they were not Indica. Really bummed, as usual you want one thing and get what you didn't want.
