Great pharmacy. Staff is great. Pharmacist knows me by name and I have only been 3 times. Highly recommend.

Always friendly and helpful staff, this place is first class all the way, online ordering is fast and easy, they make you feel comfortable, the first time i went there i did not know what i was doing, they put me at ease

When I received my doctor's paperwork for my renewal, I didn't know I had to go online and renew with the state, so when I went to The Botanist my card was expired. John, Donna, and the entire staff helped me with my online renewal and walked me through the process on the phone. They couldn't have been more kind or more helpful. Absolutely the most beautiful dispensary I have ever had the pleasure to visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Everyone working there makes you feel comfortable and seem very knowledgeable and willing to help. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Also the parking lot is spacious which makes visiting quick and easy.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. They make sure you are comfortable and hydrated. (lol) The place is clean and inviting. I never feel rushed and always feel like the people give good suggestions from personal knowledge and not just by the book. They don't push anything on you and help you make the choices that are best for you by describing the effects and how long they last. Being able to get discounts is a plus too! Keep up the good work.

I can be a very critical customer/patient, in fact my last review about 4 months ago was anything but glowing. Just like you and I even businesses have bad days, and are entitled to them. Since this Covid-19 started, the Botanist and all its grew have gone above and beyond to help protect us. From delivering, to always being respectful and friendly, to maybe just listening to a frumpy customer rant. All though demand is high, they try there best to always satisfy. 5 🌟 service all around!

New establishment, very clean & plenty of options for your medications. Using Leafly pre-order made transaction very quick. Placed order online, drove 15 min. to Farmingdale location and the order was ready.

The staff at the Botanist are all very kind and personable people - they make you feel well-taken care of and show that they are always there to help patients. The store is beautiful, clean, and has very convenient parking. I always leave satisfied and feeling happy.

Intake process as a first time consumer is a little long, but it may have been the day I arrived. There were like 5 other patients ahead of me for intake. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the pharmacy, they offered me water while I waited to be educated on the different medicine they carry. Their medication is excellent and definitely high quality (no pun intended). I wish the price for the chewable tablets was slightly lower, as I utilize them quite often. Nonetheless, the staff are very friendly, courteous, and caring. A true customer service oriented store. I highly recommend the Botanist to anyone needing a dispensary!

The products are very good, staff is excellent and always so friendly! Plus they can answer any questions so you know exactly what you’re getting and how it will work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
