Trulieve - Orange City

I was very disappointed with my latest visit. I should preface this by saying the receptionist is the very first person the patients see and interact with. First impressions and a welcoming atmosphere is crucial. The gentleman at the desk never greeted me, never looked up at me and was abrasive in his questions that i just decided to leave. I also overheard him telling a trainee that 'management puts him in the department where the slowest, weakest workers are because he is better.' That is unprofessional. The name on the badge was Conner and maybe he had a bad morning, it happens. I just hope this was a one time situation.

I'm not a huge fan of TL but my most recent visit was pretty outstanding. Jeannie helped me out and she was very knowledgeable, she told me the cart I had didn't take the normal pen, and then she did a hard hunt for some ground flower for me. All in all she went above and beyond. On a different note I see others mention the greeter or reception position and how rude they seem and I've got to agree on numerous occasions all kinds of staff seem totally irritated to be at that spot and in turn are quite terse with customers. I even had a bud tender tell me if customers didn't always want sales then TL could pay them better. Just be aware where you're going and don't expect anything too spectacular, this isn't craft cannabis.
