I am new to the medical cannabis industry, and i visited the Destin Trulieve location for the grand opening and then also on two other occasions. each time, Vanessa has been extremely helpful whether i was her patient, or she just overheard me asking a question that another employee was unsure about. she has been able to answer all my questions from figuring out pricing with discounts, to questions regarding strains... even extraction processes for each product. vanessa is very friendly, and goes above and beyond to make your experience as professional and comfortable as possible. that goes for each individual on staff at this locatjon. thank you Destin Trulieve!

Always a pleasure coming to the destin location especially when you have great customer service like Jenae gave today. She was very nice and made sure all my discounts were applied so I got the best deal. "Above and beyond" never surprises me at this location!
