This place looks expensive but the pricing is on point This place has great space and I really love the one on one ordering instead of trying to get attention in a crowd around a table. The individual stations and music just added to my visit. everyone is just chill and like the lights.

Urban dispensary is a good place to buy medicine. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to educate you. One of the best things about this dispensary is they have a wide variety of concentrates. They always have the new and latest products specifically live resin, crumble and shatter. In addition, they have all of the paraphernalia to participate in the various concentrates. I would recommend this dispensary to anybody who has a medical marijuana card. The prices are good. They usually have one strain available at $10 a gram which is all I'm willing to pay for marijuana. I would go there and recommend this place to a friend

I have nothing but good things to say about my visit. Very nice and knowledgeable staff, cleanliness, fast service and great product... I will definitely comeback and recumbent to a friend!

I did a pre-order over the phone which was confirmed for three items. I pick up the items at the location well I was told only two were available I asked if I was able to do a purchase on another item because I was under the assumption I was getting three items the gentleman didn't want to provided me a third item said he didn't have enough time what kind of customer service was that normally I love going to this place their product is fabulous, but that customer service I had this evening it sucked.

Customer service was excellent from the beginning to the end! From the security staff who led us in to the receptionist to the budtenders who confidently guided us through the product list ensuring we got the best bang for our buck as new patients to our check out! We will be back! Especially loved that they carried Sublime & Korova products!

I want to start off by saying I've been coming to this location for a month straight now and I've NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Urban is always busy. But that has never stopped the staff from giving me the highest standard of customer service I've experienced at a dispensary in Arizona . Today was very disappointing.I came to the location around 1 pm inquiring about my allotment so I can determine what yo pull out of the bank . The woman at the front desk was rude and indifferent . I understand that she was busy and she looked stressed .That's still no excuse to be rude to a normally happy and easy customer. The final straw is whn she answered my question with a attitude like I was bothering her and then slammed my med card on the desk whn I had my hand out for it . I work in the customer service field and this is piss poor standards at best . I really like this location and I had decided to make it my home location until today . I hope yall talk to her about this review
