Harvest HOC of Phoenix – Alhambra (Med/Rec)

The service and experience were amazing and probably the second best out of the 8 dispensaries Ive been to. The oz of Kaboom/LA Confidential and gram of Blue Cheese were great ,but the "shatter" cone that I got was basically just syrupy wax smeared across the top which half came off when I removed the parchment paper. The thai stick was a failure ,to start ,the seal between the stick and glass tip are horrible but once I wrapped it in enough papers to seal it ,the cannabis leaves started to loosen up (im assuming the moisture from smoking) which ruined the airflow of the whole thing and it eventually just kept going out after half way. And finally the gram of Vortex I got was so riddled with premature seeds I spent more time picking them out than the time I was high (not really but it was really bad and unacceptable). But im giving them the benefit of the doubt and am gunna give them a second go ,but to be honest I feel like this place is a bit gimicky after this experience.

VERY DISAPPOINTED TODAY!!!!! I came in after searching through many dispensaries online. Get in and asked the little girl at the counter for the pre rolls I wanted to buy. She snapped and quickly said they only had 1. Gave me the thc % and then looked at me like she hated black people. I explained that online you had many of them and I want 3 or 4 packs. The manager was there and without being asked anything he asked the little girl was the testing showing online. She said yes he said ok I'll take it down. Absolutely NOTHING to do with what I needed in the specific moment. Ive been here many times and its always cool but today they are HORRIBLE!!!! Instead of them asking me if they could show me other prerolls they basically looked at me like oh well fuck you. I leave with nothing. I go back to speak to someone else and only the guy at the front helped me with care. Train your staff to treat everyone equally because I really dont know why I was treated this way. Im a patient and really just needed my meds. The little girl could have sold me anything else and I would have bought it. I hate to think she and the manager are racist as I was the only black person at the dispensary in that moment. Different from all the others! The atmosphere from the lobby to the back of house is energetic. The display set up for the products is eye catching and makes it easy to see a hand full of items and strains and work with a bus tender without needing to walk about the store and move around other patients. The strains I got today are tangerine: the sale item, and Double Dream my new patient freebie. Both are excellent in looks, cure, smoke, taste, and the highs are wonderful. Not crazy potent over powering and lay me out strong, but for me being a fairly heavy medical user they both got me good and stoney off 3 hits. The highs both lasted about 2.5 hrs. I'm very happy with the service and product at Urban Green! EXCELLENT JOB STAFF! I will be back!

Urban Greenhouse is a great dispensary. Every time I go in, I am greeted with a smile even from the security guards. Did you know they offer some the best deals and unique products? Well they do and I love that. I can always find something to meet my needs. And I like that I can be notified when they have new products and specials.

The setup is pretty sweet, quality is great right along with the prices can't complain and the bubbly lady bud tenders are awesome defiantly will be back!

Not the best neighborhood in Phoenix, but you don't feel any concern because of the armed security. The ordering system is extremely easy, the selection is large, the staff is knowledgeable and extremely laid back but still helpful, and the prices are fair. The medicine is great and the deals can be killer!
