Liked location. Bought a their house brand cartridge for my First time visit deal. And the mouth piece was coming apart. I took one drag set it down and it leaked out the mouth piece section that was not secure properly. Their deals are not that impressive either. Bush league.

The Chandler location is wonderful! Budtenders are knowledgeable of their products served, the product alone is absolutely fire and never have been disappointed with my purchases. The flower are fresh and sticky which has been a issue with other despensaries. I live 10miles away and the drive is very worth it. Very clean facility and practicing the social distancing as required but still feel at home with the employees like family. Love love love this place!

I ordered greater than $150 in product but was denied the free quarter because I bought 4 carts on BoGO, 3 grams of wax, and 2 Korova cookies and somehow because I received a BOGO that invalidates the purchase bonus. You're the only dispensary that does it that way. There's a difference between that and stacking discounts at every other place I've been with a similar promotion. That was disappointing. However what was even more disappointing was that I was given a live resin when I had requested 3 crumbles. When it's $45 a piece I expect to receive what I ordered or be advised otherwise. Unfortunately this experience will leave me unlikely to use this dispensary in the future.

If you offer a special that allows you to select any deal of the week you should honor that deal on every special. I went in on Sunday thinking I can get the bogo timeless deal but was told its technically not a special and they can't apply it. Thanks. Oasis is better.

Shawn was extremely informative, not to mention patient. It can get confusing when presented with all the options but he made recommendations based on my needs.

The security guard took my very small pocket knife and made an absolute scene of it…. Dude I get not allowing weapons in the building but he was waaaayyy to serious about it. You work at a dispensary not a night club chill out. Friendly bud tenders tho and good quality flower just not a good person to have welcoming guests into the building.

This is by far my favorite experience in arizona, these people give you feed back on what your buying and even their own experience with the stains and how it made them feel (i understand the sweet green hits different for everybody) but my favorite in AZ!

Territory is simply the best dispensary in Arizona. Great meds, awesome people, and daily deals that can't be beat! the budtenders always find a way to get me a discount, or remind me of my reward dollars which rapidly build up without me noticing. Even their bottom shelf meds are amazing. Going back tomorrow for $99 ounce sale. From the minute I checked in and the nice lady at the desk told me I didn't have to fill out paperwork then said welcome to the family, I knew I found my spot.

When I walked in there was an enraged customer who was cussing out your employees. Right or wrong at that point she should have been asked to leave. I was standing there waiting to be helped while all this was happening. All I know is that lady was really being disrespectful to your employees to the point I wanted to say something

Not everybody who buys cannabis wants to hear filthy lyrics blaring out the speaker system at the local dispensary. I grew up on hip-hop, but I’ve outgrown the gratuitous vulgarity. I love you guys but please give that some consideration.
