I haven’t had much trouble coming to this dispensary. The staff are friendly and great and the pick up option is very time friendly. However I currently just purchased 3.5 grams of bud tenders choice (pinnacle) it’s not much more than their peak option however they swapped it out with a peak tier without telling me. On my Leafly order it clearly says I ordered the pinnacle and not the peak. It’s really unprofessional to swap out a lower grade tier when I’m paying for a higher one. I come out just about every week and while the staff and environment are excellent it seems like they’re slipping more and more I come.

1st time at Territory. Liked what I saw and how I was treated. But first timers always get the royal treatment. Regardless, I will be trying them again.

One of my best dispensary experiences to date! My bud tender James E. was super knowledgeable about strains and crosses, he sold me on the cherry all-star, hazelnut cream, and crunch berries. He was spot on and all his recommendations were straight fire! Territory has always had the best bud and I highly recommend stopping in. 5/5 for me!

I have been a patient at Territory since it first opened and this was the first time that I was severely disappointed. They had more people walking around staring at the people waiting than they had budtenders assisting patients. I requested what I wanted but they were out, so asked for something that was similar, specifically a sativa or sativa hybrid but I was given an indica. Total opposite of the effect I was looking for. Now instead of being productive, I'm doing nothing and irritated. I was afraid it was an indica because it's purple punch and my experience with purple punches that it's an indica but they had it written on their menu as a sativa, I questioned it multiple times if it was an indica, he swore to me it was a sativa, because that is what their dispensary had it listed as. Totally disappointed, irritated and this will the last time I go there. After waiting 30minute the least they could have done was give me the correct product. I used to be able to depend on them for that and always got quality, but I guess now that theyake so much off recreational it doesn't matter what the patients are there for....sad (and the flower is dry to too it off)😡 sore throat and a bad buzz

Best dispensary I've been too so far after a month of being in this med. program. Traye was a great budtender who really helped me out and was really laid back and chill and was not pushy. He helped me with the best possible deal that day. This place is very enjoyable to come to. Great selections, great atmosphere.

When I arrived I was meet by a door that didn't open how rude. Then once in the lady helping me (budtender) was a space case. I ordered 300.00 worth of flower and cartridges and edibles. I get home about 40 min away to open bag to find that one cartridge was completely wrong size I paid for a 1000mg have a 500mg and no edible candys. so looked at receipt sure enough no edibles even rang on bill and all cartridges were rang up as 1000mg. but I had a 500mg. called store they had me drive back 40 min to just trade for right cartridge. What customer service. give me something for my problems 80 min drive to swap for a cartridge why not say hay were sorry take A picture of the products and a picture of the receipt and we can make it right on next visit. where are my edibles? I asked for? flower is so dry and old you touch the flower it turns to dust. Ever Tried to roll a joint with powder good luck. Ever tried to smoke a bong hit with powder there that goes. Ever tried to smoke flower without breaking it up you can with this dry flower. I should have called some high delivery service to Maricopa at least I wouldn't have had to make two 80 min round trip drives that's cost me 11.00 extra in gas and time but I guess my time is worth nothing just Territories is. Thanks Territory Chandler Yes first visit was not impressed. I should have got a free pre roll for first time patient.(I should have got 2 since I spent over 100.00 also) only time you see me is when there is, when a good deal on timeless cartridges.
