Zen Leaf - Las Vegas (Med/Rec)

Dispensary is just a nice as any other in Vegas my $60 disposable broke 3 days after buying it. They refused to replace it although it was mostly full.

Wow the customer service from Lead Melissa today was the worst I’ve ever experienced I bought Jelly Roll from Essence flower and it was 7 months old and dry called spoke to someone in another state told me to bring it back ask for manager for replacement So I did Melissa acted like I did something wrong by bringing it back and told me she wouldn’t do it again so I asked if they always sell old weed she replied yes we sell it until off the shelf and No one checks dates so I better check before I buy from them or not shop there if I don’t like it Mellisa has been rude before to me but liked the sales at zen so I put up with her ignorance I lost my temper and cursed before I left with that old shitty weed So weed doesn’t expire??? Yes it starts losing THC after six months and it was dry and almost completely dust All the money I’ve spent at Zen leaf and get treated like dirt Don’t shop there do yourself a favor and no need to get ripped off or get old smoke Crazy

Love it here! Everyone is so nice and helpful! They also seem to know exactly when I need a 510 battery as a surprise in my bag!

Great dispensary, been buying weed from here for a while, I particularly like the infused prerolls, especially when they're on sale! Without a tolerance it'd be pretty difficult to finish one of those half gram infused prerolls, besides that they got good strains like ChemDawg #4, Gorilla Goo (I hope they got Gorilla glue #4, it's hands down the best strain I've smoked) And they correct mistakes like for example if a preroll tube is empty, they fix that on the spot!

I come to the Las Vegas post rd location on a regular basis as it is not far from my house. I came in on 4/18 and the deal of the day was 4.5 eighths of platinum shelf. I purchased a half once I realized I didn’t get the special I came in and asked why didnt I receive the special the lady at the front desk was rude and ghetto she tells me I’m only able to get the deal up to 7grams even though on NOT ONE sign where the special is posted says there is a certain amount I can get. So I ask for corporate information they give me a card for their store. I call and speak with the manager Avery who tells me that I needed to let the budtender know that I wanted the special not that it was up to 7 grams and that he would honor the special. When I go back in to pick up the remaining grams the front desk girl is rude and condescending. As I’m leaving she shouts out the door sarcastically have a nice day. I come to the location often and this was nothing at all like my previous experiences it was so bad I don’t want to return or recommend to my business associates, friends, or family.
