New Hampshire Medical Marijuana Dispensary Applications Due January 28

Published on January 26, 2015 · Last updated July 28, 2020

If you intend to open a medical marijuana dispensary in lovely New Hampshire, you have until this coming Wednesday, January 28, to submit your application to the state. Keep in mind that because New Hampshire is pretty itsy bitsy in size, the state's 2013 medical marijuana law stipulates that up to four dispensaries will be licensed.

The Department of Health and Human Services said it hopes to announce the locations sometime in late February, so make sure to get your applications in this week, and, as Effie Trinket would say, "May the odds be ever in your favor!" (to win a license, not to be chosen to fight to the death in a Hunger Games situation…unless that's something you're also hoping for, in which case good luck with that, too).
