Bad product, worse service. I've been there almost daily for a year. Any budtender there would recognize me as regular. Today, for the first time, I got a bad product from them. I brought the unused half gram to ask for an exchange. Budtender Jeff's response?
"You sure smoked a lot of it"
Sure. Because I waited in this long line and went to the hassle to rip Nectar off of a half gram? Not a cartridge, not a quarter.... A half gram.
I had a serious quality concern about a product. Since it wasn't taken seriously I'm reporting it to the OLCC. Product quality issues should be taken seriously and customers treated with respect. They lost my business and humiliated me over $4 in weed.
Very upsetting.
