Service has always been excellent but I’m shocked that employees aren’t wearing masks and plastic gloves to protect the spread of the coronavirus. The gentleman who waited on me said they weren’t required by law to wear protective masks. Is that really the reason? Being in the healthcare business like you are, I don’t have to tell you that your customers with cancer, Parkinson’s and other immune disorders are exactly the people who are at a high risk of contracting and dying from the virus. Don’t you care about protecting your customers? I’m just aghast. Even if you don’t care about possibly harming your customers the optics of not wearing the gear is terrible from an optics standpoint. I do hope you respond and let me know what is up. Thank you Michelle
