So bad they made me decide to quit canabis. constantly contradict themselves.ive caught two employees in a lie in my last two visits.i am a medical patient and have made that clear but they still talk like I want to get "high".last week I spoke to a girl(dark curly hair with bleach dye) gave me all kinds of great info about rso, told me to do some research and come back and she's help me get set up.came back this week and she passed me off to a guy that supposedly knows his stuff, but every answer he gave was "uh everyone's different" he got annoyed and raised his voice at me which was really fun for my anxiety. I tried the rso and don't feel like it's helping...maybe I'd know more if the lady followed through or the guy wasn't so annoyed by someone with anxiety issues asking questions. between all their products being lackluster and glorified drug dealers that don't care about actual medical patients I'll go back to excrutiating pain and missery, but save some money. Because I doubt I'm going to get help at Bloom and every other place I've been was even worse.

Very clean. Felt safe and welcomed. Nicole was incredibly polite and made a fantastic first impression for Bloom Peoria.

Paradise was so polite and patient with me. She did an amazing job recommending new products for me to try.
