While I've only been to a handful of dispensaries, The Higher Class is my favorite. The variety and quality of products is great, especially the wide selection of edibles -- ranging from chocolates/ candies to snacks and drink mixes. Housed in one of the awesome older buildings down near the waterfront, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. It's a nice contrast to the weird commercial feel of the other dispensaries I've been to with their harsh fluorescent lighting and Apple-Store sort of vibe. But the best part is honestly the staff. Everyone is incredibly helpful and patient, answering questions and making recommendations when asked. My partner and I had never been to a dispensary before our first visit, but Kim was so kind and knowledgeable that we were immediately put at ease. We've visited other shops out of curiosity, but we have a clear favorite here and I don't see that changing any time soon.
