This strain expresses itself subtlety within the mind-stream of an experienced meditator. They helped this yogin-lay monk effectively in deity and mandala visualizations; induced a serene, gentle abiding conducive to shamatha-vipaśyanā practice, imbibing a “soft” glowing awareness for hours, tapering off gently and gradually. Leaves a sublime sense of grounded bliss and equanimity; soothes the chakras, leaving one feeling fresh, open, and quietly alert to subtle changes in the environment. For those who aren’t of this nature, or of a contemplative, reflexive inclination, the subliminal phenomenological quality of its effects on the human consciousness will go unawares. This is no fault of anyone here or elsewhere! Highly recommended for anxiety and depression; conducive to solid sleep and minor bodily pains. No paranoia or anxiety on consistent occasions. This was consumed in vapor form with a pen. It’s highly subjective and will vary based on an infinite number of contextual factors that has to be taken into account. You’re the only person who can truly experience and understand this strain.

Blueberry Haze

It's average, according to my neurophysiology and psychology. Blueberry all the way. So, you have the Haines of a knockout-Blueberry Indica with the haziness presumed by the Haze lineage, and aggregate them to get a totally dysfunctional, unfocused, slightly noticeable phenomenological side-effects. A subtle peacefulness abides for an hour before you plateau and descend into absolute lethargy and subjective feelings of worthlessness and apathy. I didn't like the first time around; I definitely don't like it the second time around. If you love light Indica-dominant hybrids with no "body"—or if you're a novice—this is a good one to begin with. I got it for work, thinking it was upbeat and motivational; but lo and behold, it imbibed apathy and ADHD. I already have ADHD and autism; this this strain exacerbated my symptoms ten-fold.

Love this strain's ability to alleviate some jaw and neck pain, with some back tightness, while inducing transcendent thoughts oscillating and blooming in waves of physical and mellow mental euphoria; imbibing a deep centeredness, grounded, meditative, creative, fast-thinking, slow perceptual reaction to thoughts and feelings, slowly churning things over. Induces an acute sense of awareness of the gravitational force on ones body and psychic constitution. Kills anxiety. Starts as a Sativa, smoothes out as a hazy hybrid, then ends as a light Indica. Great with hiking, or anything in nature. Can be social on this one, though not ideal for hard labor, or anything requiring alertness. There is no focus whatsoever with this one. There is creativity and productivity. Efficiency isn't part of it. Neither is time-management due its warp on your spatiotemporal perception or physical equilibrium. Tastes like orange and a zesty citrus aftertaste of lime and lemon minutes after vaporizing 100 mg. excellent catch from Om of Medicine, Ann Arbor, MI. Not my favorite, but very enjoyable and great for anxiety and depression.

Green Ribbon

Out of the hundreds of strains consumed through various mediums, this one is average. It is a social strain that did provide any anxiolytic relief. On the contrary: its created an abundance of anxiety and paranoia in both private and social situations, in both negative and positive cognitive biases (that is, moods and predispositions, environment, etc). Felt strung-out and unfocused with grogginess and an apathy that is a hallmark of Gorilla Glue #4 in my many experiences with it and its phenotypes.

Sunshine Daydream

A unique strain. Subtle flavor, exhibiting cerebral stimulation instantly, with perceptual distortion in spacetime and a subtle lifting of the subconscious at around 30 minutes, with very pleasurable waves of little beads messaging my muscles, skull, neck, jaw, ocular pressure; great for headaches and TMJ—and pain relief riding on the crest of a slightly anxious, though exploratory curiosity. I went outside; and this is one of those strains where sunlight and cannabis catalyze and launch you to the peak! Counterindications: Although this strain is cultivated for anxiety, pain relief, and depression, it can also create a lot of anxiety if no tolerance is built up or one doesn't have the wherewithal to guide ones experience and centeredness. But experiences are almost completely variegated and sociocultural in origin. So caution should be heeded when reading. As always, professional service and pharmaceutical-grade medicine at Om of Medicine, Ann Arbor.

Afternoon Delight

A strain for the connoisseur. This strain stands out amongst the 250 strains that I have enjoyed over the years. Potent, intoxicating, narcotic. Truly, it engulfed my mind in a lucid, hypnotic trance that brought me to the edge of enlightenment and expanded my consciousness. I have been medicating for a long time. Loved this strain and the uplifting, though unfocused, euphoria it imbibed on my conscience-body. As far as smell and all that, heavy pinene terpenoid constitution ideal for calming down as an anxiolytic, meditation, with cooling properties, and a very heavy "earthenic," pinene taste. Don't give too many 5 star reviews, however, this one was a gem that has the power to change your perspective and, ultimately, personality for the better, if practiced and treated with temperance.

Infinitely the best place on all dimensions. I wish everyone there the best! Some of the most caring, genuine and compassionate people around! I've always had a flare for ostentatiousness—humbly, of course—however, you can't compare this place to others—it's on a whole different level—dimension, that is, in light of their name: Om: the all-encompassing, omnipresent syllable of reality. That is, etymologically, from ancient Vedic script, "consciousness". And what more relevant a name for a place that is responsible for an ancient herbal remedy that directs one inwards towards the selfless unreal presence that is the groundless ground of all beings than the mantra, "Om"? The edibles are perfection. The flowers are diverse and include relatively rarer strains that are usually symptom-specific. The oils and concentrates are equally diverse and encompassing. They have exceptional topicals; like I said, wonderful people; and a tranquil, removed atmosphere that is inviting and full of curiosities. They are professional, knowledgeable, and give back to the community in so many ways. That is the embodiment of their name, Om, in action!

This is a professional business that treats their patients with courtesy and respect. Service sometimes depends on who your client service representative ("budtender") is. You are always treated with dignity, like I stated; the quality of service that I find inconsistent is the knowledge of staff from individual to individual. Some who have been with the company for a few years are knowledgeable and helpful; others are more likely to know less than you, or appear harried if you have more than a few questions and can't make up your mind. The selling point in my experience is whether they can tip the indecisive customer in the right direction towards one or the other potential strains; being indifferent is easy to tell; one who can't persuade you towards what you are looking for should be allotted a different role within the company. Otherwise, the quality of medicine is usually medium-high to high grade—with some that are solid and some that are not so much. You could say that you should expect that from any business, however, that's not true—as others are consistently high grade, truly medicinal, at any given time. The flower is their par excellence; while the tinctures, oils, capsules, and edible selection are not as diverse or high in quality as other places. That is not to say that I would dissuade anyone from doing business here, as it's a place I frequent often—and in my opinion and experience over the years, places second on the best dispensary in Southeastern Michigan area in quality of medicine available. It's a great place that is in a convenient location if you are looking for convenience. Though I would not say it's the most harbored or comfortable location. But that is just my opinion, as I prefer privacy and a discrete environment where I can shop at ease without feeling rushed. Therefore, I give 3.5 stars for service and location, and 4.25 stars for quality of medicine. Being that you can't give fractions, I rounded down to 3 stars because I don't think the service and atmosphere qualifies for 4 stars; nor do I think it deserves less than 3.
