Bloom has been one of my go to's for my Flower. Security Guards are always friendly, Receptionists are friendly and responsive but Ricky/Rick maybe even Vick he or she did not state their name clearly over the phone so I apologize, but for me to get hung up on for calling about the availability of my order that I placed through Leafly for an Ounce was very Unprofessional and Rude. As in so, I will not be placing any order's through Leafly with Bloom and will also be stoping the SMS updates since their company can't answer questions through it, I will also be stopping my frequent purchasing solely for the lack of Customer Service I was provided with on the basis of me asking a simple question.
