Kudos to Tyler who was knowledgeable, very patient, and kind. He was truly interested in helping me find exactly the right product. In Hawai’i, (my home state) elective surgeries were canceled just when my doctor was ready to give me a new knee and I wanted something for chronic knee pain without the high. I tried a bunch of CBD products at a medical marijuana dispensary in Honolulu and none of them gave me much relief. I told Tyler my requirements and he was wonderful. I got a few things that had actual cannabis in them and ONE works really well. My first visit, I had no idea tipping was a thing. I thought it was like getting recommendations from a pharmacist. Tyler was still lovely on my second visit even though he had no expectation of a tip from clueless me. I’ll be asking for Tyler on my next visit.
