I adore Harvest! I, for some reason, am a leaky cartridge magnet. So I frequently have to take them to be replaced. The process is easy and they don't give me a hard time about it. The apologize profusely ever time and it's amazing. The customer service here is, by no contest, better than all three places I've visited. One of the associates, Tahler, knew about my disease Multiple Sclerosis and even knew what to recommend! This is the first time I've had anybody have a specific recommendation just for MS. She was definitely right and the new strain worms great! Such kind staff, can't say it enough!
