I am leaving this review for the 3rd time concerning the St Petersburg location I was at last month. I never received any sort of reply either if the other 2 times so I checked back again to notice yet again my review was deleted. I placed an order for Banana OG that was listed online at nearly 4% higher than what it actually was when I drove 30 minutes there to pick up my order. Simply put this is FALSE ADVERTISING. I don't feel like the full explanation, but Brandon, the assistant manager, is absolutely clueless. He hadn't even looked at their online promotions or inventory prior to speaking with patients picking up their prescriptions. He accused me of lying until he looked it up and saw for himself, and then he asked an employee to take over as he stated while walking away he needed him to take over before...he stopped there before saying anything else. This location lost a customer due to poor management and false advertising.

The 1 star for quality is because I can't review the quality due to my last few online orders not being filled at the Clearwater Location; instead I get a call by Andrew every week telling me they don't have my order. The 1 star for service is because not only do they not have my order on a weekly basis, but Andrew doesn't even offer anything to make up for their inability to control their inventory. The 1 star for atmosphere is because I have no need to go into this location when I receive weekly calls from Andrew telling me he doesn't have my order; so I have no need to go to the Clearwater Location. This is like CVS calling me weekly to tell me they don't have my insulin for my type 1 diabetes or my Zenpep I need as a result of my Pancreatic Cancer. This medicine is very important and should not be messed up. If you cant control inventory you shouldn't be in a position that requires inventory control. I will not return to this location.
