Great Customer Service and Atmosphere! I have told many people about this establishment and have had word-of-mouth effectiveness with several of them. Prices/Deals, products, CSR, and experience are terrific. The budtenders are informed, knowledgeable, and mos'def worthy of tips as well as, right time/right place kinda folk I would love to share a bowl with. I do think they would benefit from clearing the line of waiting guests from the vicinity of the entrance door by placing a few benches where the ATM currently resides and moving the ATM to the wall where the table, specials, literature and water cooler reside. That would make the lobby more comfortable for those with disabilities or physical discomfort caused by standing in a 'first-come-first-serve' line. Lastly, I do believe that the menu should be changed slightly as the red and green lines can be challenging for many people to separate for those with R/G Color-Blindness challenges.
