I've been to quite a few MM dispenseries in Portland and never felt the need to write a review, however, PHAM is amazing. The product quality is way above the standard. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful inside, very clean, comfortable and spacious. I will be a regular at this flower shop and recommend it anyone who enjoys a quality experience when purchasing meds.
