This place has FIRE FLOWER....too bad they treated a long term customer like trash. So I went in a few weeks ago, the nice lady behind the counter talked me into a RX-Green Cartridge. Seemed like a great idea! Who wouldn't want all natural. So I go home, try it out with the battery they sold me for the product. Immediately it tastes like burning aluminum...hmm thats not right. I have my roommates try it, all of them basically say the same thing "that tastes like poison" So the next day I take it back in. I am told they accept no returns, especially when its a "preference thing" that was like a slap in the face. I had been coming to this place for over 6 months, I have tried dozens of other pens, I would never try to return something because it wasn't my preference. The guy treated me like I was making it all up because i made a mistake and bought something i didn't like? Maybe, they'll offer me a credit for the $70+ i just wasted, maybe they'll be remotely human towards me. Nope, they offer me $10 off flower and thats that. Told me to reach out to rx-cartridge...as it wasn't their problem. They too made it seem like I did not know what I was talking about and that maybe groundswell sold me a bad battery, that ruined my cartridge. translation - ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM. So in summation, frequent customer who comes in civilized and wants to talk about his faulty problem. Gets told he doesn't know what he's talking about and that they will not do anything about it. Which sucks because I could have lied, walked in said the cartridge didn't work and they would have handed me a new one no questions asked . 70 bucks in the grand scheme of either business is absolutely nothing, so to act so tough over it really showed their true colors . TREATED HORRIBLE BY PEOPLE I THOUGHT WERE HUMAN....never going back. Steer clear of the bad vibes.
