BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I didn’t like the fact that i was quoted prices on Leafly and when i got to CuraLeaf they pretended to have no idea what i was talking about. They initially “couldn’t find my order”. So they found the items based on my order confirmation on my phone. He(i think his name was Mitch) then proceeded to ring everything up and give some ridiculous price WAAAAYYYY more then what i was quoted!!(well over $100). Im like WHOA!!! No no no! That’s not right. So i show him the price quote. And it turns out that there are discrepancies in the prices that Leafly quoted. So they had to “manually adjust” literally all of the prices. Whatever. Do what you gotta do. My total was $59 on Leafly and i ended up paying $76 after it was said and done(and with $3 in points from my ONE previous visit. So it was really $79.) And i payed with a card that was a whole situation too! Ugh! The price seemed high but as a local i know that places on/near the strip are rip offs and ridiculous with taxes. So, again im like whatever cause at this point I’ve been there for 30 minutes and this has taken WAY too much time. I didn’t sign up for all of these shenanigans. But as i drove home it kept nagging me, and nagging me. Something told me to look at my receipt. And upon doing so i realized that the adjustments did not equal up to what i was quoted. There was about a $6 difference in the total, which means the taxes and everything were thrown off. I typically don’t f%*k with strip dispensaries, but they had a sale on the edibles($8 for 100mg)and my partner wanted them, so i made an exception. I was highly disappointed in this experience. As a company you should honor the prices that are quoted on this site, or just don’t use the site to do business if you can’t get your prices together. This was the worse dispensary experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been here since before weed was legal. I also called to see if i can speak to a manager. I was told by some chick that “there was no manager on duty”(clearly they need one) and that she would take my name and number and have someone contact me, but of course i never heard back from anyone. Am I really surprised? NO! Because they already have my money. So they could care less. But it’s cool. I’ll never spend another penny there i can promise you that. And I’ll throw dirt on their name every chance i get. Yall need to do better, and that goes for Leafly too, because you played a roll in this debacle. I don’t care about the money(although i do care about being ripped off, and sure maybe i would have rather spent it on a iced caramel macchiato). But the bottom line is, It’s about principal and professionalism and clearly there was a lack of both today.
