I am a medical patient and just had my worst experience at the Aurora facility. The were taking 10 recreational to 1 medical patients I waited over an hour standing in line then in holding area And then they don’t update product menu so you never know what you’re gonna end up with. How come the flower is always dry and the weight is always lite. I can only hope someone there reads this and actually does something for medical patients that pay a fee to get good treatment, I’m sure the state of Illinois would love to hear this complaint and want to see better treatment of people that can’t just stand there like they do letting adult use users in before us. Sad place it used to be better I will give up convenience of being close and go to Earth med they have tons of product and senior discounts too. So sad Verilife.
