The gentleman who helped me, today, is always on point, personable, & efficient. I appreciate his service. I’ll get his name next time so he gets recognized. The staff is excellent in general & they have great daily deals.
I preordered an item. The preorder was confirmed. I show up to pick up my order, & the order is not what’s advertised. The bud tender then proceeded to walk back & forth with no solution to offer. Eventually, the manager approached me (asking what the problem is, which should have already been explained to him), & also had no real solution to offer. Eventually, I realized I have wasted an hour of my time, & left with nothing resolved. This will be my last attempt at visiting any Harvest locations. I will make sure to let people know, not to waste their time, as well.
If you order from here, whether online or walk in, no matter the time of day, plan on taking about 2 hours to do so, with the wait time. I keep coming back hoping they’d work a better system out, to no avail. I will be looking for another store to frequent.
Taryn at the front desk was amazing & extremely personable in helping me with my many questions. I appreciate service such as Taryn & will come back just off of that.
From the looks of their menu, this seems like a stellar place to shop meds. They offer a great 1st time patient deals, among others. I'm an anxious to see.
