I’ve been a long time patron and have rarely had problems but today when they came up, they came up big. I placed a preorder over the phone for the first time (Personally do NOT recommend, stick to leafly.) and after waiting about an hour 40 i tried to call about a dozen times to get rung out. Phones down apparently. so i show up to try and get it sorted, and can’t. i stand there a total of about another 50 minutes until it’s past my order time and the budtender who’s dealing with me after the manager does very little but tell me to wait here and they should send the text in the two hour estimated limit, tells me that “it’s a holiday weekend and they’re always really busy”. Nah i’ve come on random weekdays that have longer lines and have placed preorders on busy 3 day weekends before. at least own up to your system. i ended up walking away and going to herbal. i could have waited in the normal walk in line and been in in the same amount of time i spent waiting for them to do anything useful and making me just leave out of frustration. Literally if i had been in the regular line and just assumed they would screw me i would have been better off as the person i would have been behind went in minutes before i decided i was done. overall good dispensary but a horrible experience one that tops the charts. they’ve given me a free gram of wax for a 40 minute wait before? so what do i get for 3 hours and my night wasted? don’t use they’re phone call ordering system. there is clearly an issue with something on their side or the side of they’re new call center. 3 other people in line had this exact issue just in the time that i was there waiting, getting moved through different lines and stuff, so it’s definitely not just a one off thing.
