Small and intimate lounge and store area but nice setup. A patient that arrived after me was was called back before me. I asked the front desk about their process on how they call patients back. Then asked was the patient that walked in after me called before me. The young lady looked at the computer and read the times out to me, who checked in when and looked at me and told me she had not been called back out of order. Thought that was strange as I was sitting down in the lounge area (already checked in) when I saw the lady walk in and sign in. They gave a discount but it was called “the first time patient discount”. I can’t say that discount was given because of the oversight. They didn’t have two products I went to the store looking for. Can’t say I’d go back so soon to this location. I’d shop around more first.
