I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, yesterday I was so impressed with my first visit to Encanto ... and what was so unexpected, was that Joe took his time patiently answering all my questions and educating me on pain management alternatives with topicals, tinctures and edibles. Plus, he explained CBD content (which is real important to soothe the high pain levels of chemo). Not only will the Encanto Staff make sure you are well informed ... but they will also actually put your medication on a scale right in front of you (so you can see exactly what you're buying) ... and my special treat is ... how they actually let you smell the divine aromas of the flowers that you are purchasing! And on your way out the door ... there is actually a security guard in the parking lot ... so you won't have to fret over getting jumped on your way to your car (which has been my experience at other valley locations)!
