The mint mesa hands down has the worst people answering the phones, which for the people who are calling, it's the first portion of an entire experience or maybe no experience due to being told something is out of stock when it isn't or that some thing isn't on sale when it is to name a couple. Thank goodness they have management that at least know how to get the job done right, and do it. Long story short I was very clear with my budtender who is either incompetent or just lies to try to screw customers, cashier 30304, I was very clear about shopping the bogos and went with the 3pack of wtf blunts which are average but I suppose worth it bogo free. I believed him he seemed to be responding when he "helped" me he brought out 4 packs too different strains but I get outside and have one pack of blunts, I call and ask if they are bogo and don't say I was just there, she gets someone else who quotes the reg price, I say I kno the price are they bogo for Father's Day they get another person who tells me only the singles so I ask for a manager and I can't spell his unique name b it he looked up their website as I had, and saw that my eyes work and so do his. Told me to Go ahead and come in to get the other 3 pack no questions after that didn't make me open my bag, handled the mistake of the budtender and the lazy dont take pride in their work and don't care what they say to a patient on the phone whether it's even true or not. Despicable and disgusting and it's not the first time.

I normally shop at the McDowell location, I went here randomly one night and was going to get $100/oz but at checkout my allotment was too low. No worries, but the bud tender I had was really too aggressive with the sales of it she continued to attempt to direct my purchase for this other deal or that other promotion and was just fast talking me telling me to also add this and this cuz with "promos" I'll be spending the same amount of money, I declined and explained that it would not be the same amount of money and she started to argue with me about it and her already elementary customer service, got worse. At checkout, turns out she was incorrect about the totals and she took the extra stuff off of course. Not only was the experience terrible because I was being over loaded with sales pitches, but her information was incorrect. H4L is amazing and I'll always shop at McDowell it's closer to my home, I don't see any reason to go to crismon but I'm not boycotting it or anything, just an isolated experience I'm sure, but I won't be disappointed to never go there again either.

Once I found this place I don't shop around anymore I'm never disappointed with quality or price. Their house brand (MPX) is affordable and high quality. They have a loyalty program, that looks to have nice things you can redeem points for. This location is extremely laid back, positive vibe, and staff knowledgeable. Eli is who provided my best customer service experience out of all my trip to H4L, he goes above and beyond.

I liked that the bud tender seemed to know what he was talking about, his recommendations seemed sincere. I got wax and flower it was my first time which gets you 30% off reg price items. Even without the discount the flower is the best bang for your buck in the area, wax was pricey but I got it cuz of the discount.

I’ve already shopped again since my first time I love the place they have great products great potency multiple deals and a loyalty program, and they deliver. It was like I found a diamond in the rough. Above all, it’s the best flower I’ve gotten so far
