I went here in 2016/17 during treatment and was treated with compassion and respect by the owner. I went back in summer 2021, and found out it changes hands. Because of surgery and radiation, I have a very weak bladder. I asked to use the restroom, which I had in the past, right behind the reception area. Receptionist said they didn't have a restroom. I told him I had used it before and had a medical need. He still refused. I asked a pharmacist, and she said that it was for employees only (different story from desk guy) and that there was a Porta potty in the parking lot. It was 102 degrees out and I was in chemo with a compromised immune system. This is a pharmacy, a medical facility licensed by the state and I was a patient (not a customer or client). This is an unacceptable situation, and I was lied to by medical professionals. Since this incident, I have been using Blue Point Wellness in Westport, and while it's an hour drive for me, I can't ever go back to "Compassionate" Care. More like "dispassionate". Hope they go under.
