They don't separate the regular line from pre order, which completely makes pre order useless. After waiting in line for 30 minutes we were I formed the system was down and we could t get anything. Just model the system after Neta and Insa already... Doubt I'll ever be back to this place.

The workers are helpful and friendly, however; they need to sort out their reserve ahead lines. None of the MA dispensaries do it well, but in other states/countries it seems to work more smoothly. Quality of flower is meh... 4 out of 5 purchases yielded dried out flowers that turned to dust when I touched it. I basically will keep going there because they have less restrictions on the amount of flower and concentrate you can buy at once.
