Being that it is 420 and I understand every dispensary is busy, I would still like to see what is available online prior to making a drive all the way into Mesa. Charlie, the "friendly" receptionist at this location answered the phone and usually receptionist at sky are actually friendly. Charlie is not, she can't handle phone calls and a rush or maybe she can but is very highly unprofessional and outstandingly rude. I called in simply to say that on the sky website no deals, no menu, nothing was appearing to preview and she said "welp sorry to tell you I was just on there and we have a whole store of supplies" obviously I know their dispensary isn't empty on 4/20 I'm just calling in to know what is available, again she says, " well I'm not allowed to take online or phone orders" very rudely (I didn't want a phone order nor online) being as I worked in the industry the menu is a huge part of anyone coming there and should be available to see product. She was so rude I asked to speak with the manager and was told sorry no you can't, I said I'd hold, no I have to keep this line open. Not only is this garbage customer service but it makes me not even want to further my business at a dispensary I normally go to across their other locations. Charlie, if you're reading this manage your professionalism better, just because there's a rush does not mean you can take an aggressive tone with a patient on the phone the nerve you have being in customer service on a medicinal level and you talk in that manner to patients is absolutely unacceptable. I hope the menu returns in hopes that I can preview my purchase before making a drive to their phoenix location where I know I'll be treated better then this.

I had really high hopes for this place but I think they spend too much time on their choice of bags then they do thinking about the qaulity of the medicine. My GDP, has signs of dry rotted discolored on the inside and frothy also very seeded and for 14$ a gram that's ridiculous to have half of the night be a whole stem. My moose and lobsta was sub par and smelled very much like a residue or a wet dish towel. The grape dank was also very stemmed and seeded. Very disappointed and will not be returning, even with the 15% off all flower, 60$ I could have went to bloom if I wanted this qaulity, and would have gotten more too---- but I need and want quality over quantity and this place is lacking both.
