I liked the attentiveness of the representative and she was very understanding of my feelings, regarding the frustration I am feeling about not getting adequate treatment through traditional pain management. I am grateful that this company delves deep into the patient history to accurately understand the needs of the patient, without the denial that patients really have unbearable pain. I really appreciated this, as so many of us have been labeled as our condition being in our heads as opposed to being felt in our bodies. Thank you so much for understanding.
