I called to place a phone order and talked with Christine. She was so very pleasant and made my ordering extremely easy. While talking to Christine she checked with her supervisor and told me if I spent a small amount more I could get so much more in savings. Christine walked me through each step to make it very easy for me at 73 years. I would highly recommend Christine for a top customer representative award. In addition Christine was the person to deliver my order and what a pleasure it was once again to communicate with her. The staff at Punta Gorda are #1 in knowledge and cusromer service. Finally when I tried to give Christine a tip for excelent service she sais the company does not allow tipping. What a deal however if a person wants to tip for great service perhaps this should be allowed. A very satisfied customer Victor M.
