I have a few suggestions
1) Don't advertise this location as medical only when it is not
2) Menus can't always be 100% accurate, but if you only have 1/3 of a medical patients order in stock, maybe give them a heads up so they don't have to drag their pain-riddled bodies out to you for nothing
3) Have clearly defined lines or an attendant outside (especially if you're telling med patients that recreational shoppers aren't going to be there)
