Why did they change the procedure for online orders? It is no longer a convineince to the guest as only 1 cashier is taking the many online orders while 3-5 cashier's are taking the in patient walk-in orders which are way longer to fill as they haven't selected there items as online orders already have as the txt saying the order is ready. This is the 2nd time I'd of been more convenient just to wait in the supposed to be long line than trying to take this fast pass online order. I got into building before 2 patients who were called back before me and left with product before me . That isn't right I don't mind waiting my turn! But when you see someone who comes in after you and didn't have an online order leave before you even get called something is wrong.. love the employees system needs changing.
