Got stuck at work late and made the mistake of trying to pick up my online order that had been ready for 3 hours, only to have to wait 45min before I got checked out at the front window with just 4 people ahead of me, all with orders that had been ready. But, JUST SO EVERYONE ELSE IS AWARE, JOSE THE FLOOR MANAGER HAS SET THE EXPECTATION THAT IF YOU HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER, HE SUGGESTS PICKING IT UP BEFORE OR AFTER HAPPY HOUR OTHERWISE YOU COULD BE WAITING UPWARDS OF 40-50 MIN DEPENDING ON THE LINE AHEAD OF YOU.
