I used to go to this place when it was Monarch at least once or twice a week. I really can’t bring myself to go there now that MedMen owns it. I miss the family feeling when the budtenders knew you by name. Monarch also used to offer a TON of great deals which MedMen quickly did away with. Not a terrible place, I just miss the small business feeling, and awesome deals, of Monarch. If there’s one thing hippies don’t want it’s big corporations taking over the little guys! We want the little guy back!

My first time going to PARC was one of my first times shopping at a dispensary. I felt incredibly welcome and comfortable! The budtenders are extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft-spoken, and funny! Would definitely come back here.
