Always a long wait without any feedback of estimated wait time from staff. Need a policy of how to help the next person...just hives you your folder and expects the customers to figure it out. Maybe s number system? Plus there is a tip jar out. Manager states it's has always been there. I think it is out of place for the money that is being paid. He stated that the workers are college students making $9 to $11...and it helps. With the $$ we pay for the specialty doctors, the registry and the product...I would think Trulieve could pay them enough to not ask for tips. Yes, manager, by putting out the jar you are asking, although not required. I have been 5 times and left 3 times without product, twice due to wait time and again this time after a realizing that this is not the right place for me. I like the products...but I won't be back.
