I bought two Optimum Extracts oil cartridges @$50/each (one for me and one for my husband) on a Thursday evening. The associate told me to keep the packages in case I had any issues with them. By Saturday night my oil started coming up through the mouthpiece, so Sunday morning I brought it back to the store. the associate would not do anything about it saying it was due to my usage. I explained that all my cartridges up to this point lasted 5-7 days and there is no way I used it in a 48 hour period and that the oil shouldn't be coming up through the mouthpiece. plus my husbands was fine. I left my number and the cartridge with the associate asking her to have the owner or manager call me. They have never called.
I decided to reach out directly to Optimum Extracts and explain what happened. The lady was super nice and understanding. They sent me a check for the oil, 3 batteries, and a tank top for my troubles. Now that's customer service....those at cannablyss should take a class from this supplier. I would by optimum extract product again but not from this place.
Cannablyss lost a family of 4 cannabis users because of their lousy customer service.
