Manager with colored hair working the front desk was EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude. If you are immunocompromised, why on earth are you working FRONT desk without a mark in the first place, and touching 100s of ID from dirty hands daily? Come on. Don't toss a fake, uncaring apology at the end. You don't care. None of you did.
I usually love coming here. Today was awful. Fix your website and make it clear or user friendly.
